Welcome to Feelovely Boutique, in order to make sure you do not have any trouble when shopping on our site, please read our refund policy as below:


To wholesaler/retailer:
1)Before you make the bulk order/wholesale order on our webiste,we will reocommend you order some samples to check our quality and size.We do not accept refund because of the size problem,color difference problem,or material problem.
Most of our products is with product videos,if you are not sure about how the item exactly looks like, you can contact our sales to get actual photos.
2)If you receive clothes with broken holes,please contact our sales in 7 days after your package delivery,provide our sales evidence,we will do the refund of the broken items to you or resend to you.
3)If we send you the wrong color of the items you ordered,please contact our sales and provide evidence as well,we will arrange to resend you the correct ones at your next orders.

To personal buyer:
Because you are purchasing for own use,so if you are not sure the size or how the item exactly looks like,please contact our sales before purchase,our sales will help you pick up the correct ones.We do not accept refund because of the size problem,color difference problem,or material problem.

To wholesale/reseller/personal buyer:We do not accept refund if your package missed any items after checked by your local customs, or your clothes be confiscated by your local customs for some reasons.
